After you submit your inquiry, I'll follow up within 48 business hours to schedule a 30-minute connection call. This time is dedicated for you to ask any questions you may have. If you are confident you'd like to work together, we will discuss nexts steps.

Next, you'll gain access to my client portal where you will be able to view your project proposal, sign the contract, make payments, view documents, and track progress.
After the contract is signed, I will send you a strategy questionnaire for us to deep dive into your business, target audience, and brand objectives. I will also send an asset request list that includes things like images, logos, etc.

Then it's time for me to get to work. I begin with a site brand direction that I will send your way for review.
From there, I dive into the site structure and design. Once that is complete, I will provide you access to the staging site to begin your review process as I direct my focus to optimization.

We will discuss a launch plan and reference a spreadsheet of tasks necessary to push your new website live.
Then we will launch your brand-new website for the world to see.

All of my contracts include post-launch support hours. This time can be used for site maintenance, training, or answering any questions that come up.
